Incredible Vacations India (A division of Stop N Shop PVT LTD), accepts no responsibility for the progress of booking the services in case of non-compliance conditions of payment.

Non Refundable Booking deposit of Rs. 10,000 per passenger adjustable towards the final tour price) along with names as per Passport. (Valid for 6 months from the date of Travel) Full payment must be received 21 days prior to departure. For bookings (less than 10 month prior to departure), the payment must be made as soon as the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees (except if otherwise stated in quote)
More than 21 days from departure	25% of the Booking Deposit
20 to 15 days from departure	50% of tour cost.
14 to 01 days from departure	75% of tour cost.
No Show	100% of tour cost.

Important
Incredible Vacations India is not responsible for any rejection of visa which might lead to refusal of entry to the country. Any change of date or routing after confirmation would not be possible under normal circumstances or would be subject to a penalty. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice depending on the date of travel & availability at the time of booking.

Any cost in the event of Cancellations of services/transportation due to weather, ATC Clearance, Landslides, strikes & any other safety & security measures will be the responsibility of the passengers.

The receipt of these terms and conditions signifies your agreement to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its employees and agents for any personal injury, loss, disease, damage or expenses of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, which you may sustain or incur by reason of any act or omission on the part or the company, its employees or agents. No variation or alteration hereto shall be of any force or effect unless consented to in writing by Incredible Vacations India(A Div of Stop-N-Shop Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd) and signed by you and Incredible Vacations India(A Div of Stop-N-Shop Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd).

Please check with your consultant when booking the Tour about visa requirements and the time required to process them.

In addition to visa requirements many countries also require that visitors' passports are valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from their territory. Please ensure that you are in possession of the correct documentation before departure. Comprehensive travel insurance cover is recommended and in some countries it is mandatory. Please note that all Activities are Subject to Availability and Weather Conditions

Please note that full cancellation charges will apply for any LATE CANCELLATION or any NO SHOW. Cancellation cut-off period and charges will vary during any Convention periods and Peak/Festive Seasons.
