Payment
Incredible Vacations Pvt Ltd accepts no responsibility for the progress of booking the services in case of non-compliance to the following conditions of payment.
Non Refundable Booking deposit of Rs. 5000 per person (adjustable towards the final tour price) along with names as per Passport.
Full payment must be received 21 days prior to departure. For bookings (less than 01 month prior to departure), the payment must be made as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancellation fees (except if otherwise stated in quote)
More than 21 days from departure Booking Deposit of Rs. 5000 per person.
20 to 15 days from departure 50% of tour cost.
14 to 01 day from departure 75% of tour cost.
No Show 100% of tour cost
Important
Quotation is based prices available at the time of costing, and is subject to availability at the time of Booking.
Tour price is based on minimum two adults traveling together.
Any change of date or routing after confirmation would not be possible under normal circumstances or would be subject to a penalty.
