Mauritius is the most accessible
island in the Indian Ocean, boasting as much tropical paradise
as Maui or Martinique and, better still, offering it at a
bargain price. Though nestled up alongside Africa, it's actually
more influenced by its British and Fr
ench
ties and massive Indian workforce.
Activities:
- Mauritius is a prime
diving spot and the many dive centres offer excursions to
shipwrecks and dive sites.
- Big Game fishing is
from October to April and potential catches include marlin,

will be happy to know that quite a few of the hotels have
their own golf courses. Belle Mare Plage, Le Prince Maurice,

best way to explore the island. Walk along unspolit beaches
